its the remix_advanced_editor.php in the editor directory that gives you trouble. Check if this file has been uploaded. Most of the guys who have installed this theme do have problems with that file, because its encoded and some Virus Scanners ring ALARM when you unpack it. Some Servers do not accept that file, so maybe this is your problem.
I have installed a decoded version and it gives me some kind of wired message on a comments page on my blog. Something about REPORTING URL, SERVER, WP Version aso. Maybe a callback, so I have uninstalled it asap.

Well there is a new Version of the theme 2.1
I have not found it yet, but many customers reported that their server did not accept the encoded file, maybe too many problems? Dont know for sure.
As far as I know, if you delete the comment in a regular WP Installation and dont accept any comments in any posts, you are save to go.
But I think the encoded file is for editing the templates with some kind of weird editor. Hopefully Mafiascripts will find a solution, or version 2.1 ;)
